We have a team of experienced carers who are extensively vetted before joining the company. They are trained, supported and assessed on a regular basis by our own qualified staff.
The company is registered with, and assessed by, the Care Quality Commission. All of our staff have been police and ISA checked for complete security and peace of mind.

- Can I have the same carer?
- We try as much as possible to provide the same carer but as with all people carers have holidays and days off so this may not always be practical. We make sure our carer's work in teams so that if you do have a different care professional they'll know your needs as if nothing had changed.
